The restaurant, coordinated by Chef Carlos Gonçalves, offers a menu based on the steakhouse concept, with national and international high quality meats. Snacks and an à la carte menu makes it ideal for golfers looking for quick meals or relaxed lunches overlooking the Ocean and the golf course.
Carlos Gonçalves
Executive Chef with more than 10 years of experience and member of the board of the Association of Professional Cooks of Portugal. He was Executive Sub-chef at Hotel Ritz Four Seasons Lisbon, where he began his professional career.

For 6 years, he was executive sub-chef of the Hotel Grande Real Villa Itália. Carlos Gonçalves was considered the best Cookf Southern Europe / Mediterranean, when it was cleared for the final of the WACS Global Chefs Challenge. He is a member of the Olympic senior kitchen team and holds 1 gold medal. Carlos is currently an Executive Chef at Praia D'El Rey, Marriott Golf and Beach Resort.
